Do you want to view popular posts by day, week, month and all time in WordPress ?
Popular posts allow visitors to quickly discover your best content which helps you increase user engagement and page views. In this article, we’ll show you how to view popular posts by day, week, month, and all the time in WordPress.
Why are popular posts displayed in WordPress ?
When you start a WordPress blog, you don’t have a lot of content, which allows you to view manually selected posts in the sidebar widget.
However, as your website grows, you will notice that old articles on your website are not getting much attention. By displaying your best content, you allow new users to quickly discover the best articles on your website. This enhances user engagement on your website and increases your page views.
The problem now is that if you are showing popular articles all the time, a very limited selection of articles gets a repeat view. You can diversify it by viewing popular publishing by day, week or month as well.
Let’s take a look at how popular posts are easily displayed in WordPress by day, week, month, or all the time.
